Back!

Okay, my laziness took the most part of me away from the blogging world again. At least nobody seemed to complain to me, saying "hey, update your blog leh, long time no read your blog eyes abit itchy". Well, that could only mean that I ain't a very good blogger~ Anyway, here I am, trying my luck again to attract those ghosty internet readers out there would might just come across my blog or take a peek or two.

Here's another review of the latest movie that I watched, War of the Worlds.

The show's quite interesting, but I really did expected more graphical approach, more sophisticated laser beams, teleportations, aliens talking than a show whereby Tom Cruise keeps running and running and running non-stop. Altogether, many who have watched may have felt that the show ended abruptly, because.....(I'm no spoiler), but still, I feel that the idea of it is still original and quite a twist. One scene that brought me close to reality is how the crowd of people tried to steal the only moving car (apparently the aliens came down in waves of EMP (Electronic Magnetic Pulse) malfunctioning all electronics stuff including cars, planes, televisions, watches EXCEPT for the passerby's camera which he was clicking away with when the alien emerged) which Tom was driving in order to get away from the aliens. Still, this show is a good catch during the week days. Not because the ticket price is higher on week ends but just that so that you can enjoy the movie better. I have to take back my words sometimes, cause even adults can be really irritating during a movie show, it's not that I have ultra sonic ears but can't they whisper???? In addition, I can't help it but mention that CHINA couple behind me and my girlfriend, talking and talking all the way. Sometimes, adults also don't know how to behave themselves. Sighz. How embarassing.

Anyway, the recent exposure of the NKF CEO TT DURAI's salary and self claimed 12 months bonus from the organization just puts me off. After all, even if he's the CEO, he's still a CEO of a non-profit charitable organization! How could he buy MERCZ, fix a gold-plated tap in his office, fly around in the business class and claim that disgusting 12 months bonus. Yes, it's true that he actually quit his high flying job as a lawyer to join the organization, but he should be expecting much less when he decided to do so. If he's unprepared to give up on all the luxuries, then he shouldn't even join NKF or any other charitable organizations. Sighz, yet another case of human greed.

Just recieved a Canon IXY digital 500 from my brother in Japan! Thanks! Just yesterday, I was really almost 99.999999% going to buy that Konica Minolta Camera in Caffefour for 249 dollars! But I wasn't too prepared to spare that amount of money away so I put in on hold, only to find a package lying on the staircase of my house directed to me! Was so surprised when I opened it up, it's like christmas in July! LOL. Went snapping around with the camera just now, only to find that I wasn't really proficient with it, must train up I guess.
